What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Please email us at muskaan@thefunkytrunk.in with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out.
Is this real gold/silver?+
Our pieces are fashion jewellery made with high-quality alloys, plating, and stones. They're designed to look premium without the premium price tag.
How do I care for my jewellery?+
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each wear. Remove before sleeping or exercising.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Currently we accept online payments via UPI, cards, and net banking through Razorpay. COD is not available at the moment.
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
Please reach out to us within a few hours of placing your order at muskaan@thefunkytrunk.in or message us on WhatsApp. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet — but we're working on it! For now, we only ship within India.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status in the My Account section.
Who picks the jewellery?+
Every single piece is handpicked by Muskaan herself. If it doesn't pass her vibe check, it doesn't make it to the store.
